The place was beautiful even though the patio was full of branches. The unit was extremely nice. I was a bit disappointed when we figured we had no toilet paper. The curtains are too small for the 3 sliding doors so we could not keep the sun out, also the shower curtain was too short so the water was all over the floor. The bedroom TV’s had a short cord that we had to move furniture to plug in, one room did not even have an electrical outlet. Unit was pretty clean and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Good stay 👍🏼

We had a great stay for our son’s baseball tournament. The home was spacious and fully stocked with all the things to make things comfortable. I had great communication with the host. We would definitely book again when we are in town.
Enjoyed the place. Very comfortable and spacious. It was nice having the gated patio to your private entrance. Only downfall, when it rained, it would create a waterfall in front of the door, so it would make it a little hard to bring your stuff in. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would stay again.

Beautiful place, well furnished and very nicely decorated, gives a feel like you're home. Lots of space and well laid out. Super clean with very comfortable beds. Use of the garage was an additional bonus; just pull in and you and your car are out of the elements; and a great place to store your bikes etc. Super responsive host, easy to get a hold of, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Only a couple miles to all the eateries you could think of, as well as any store you could need. Ten minutes from the airport. Access to all the attractions in Colorado Springs and the mountains. We had everything we needed, had a great time, and are looking for another reason to come again.
Everything was just as described in the listing, we appreciated the ease of booking ,checking in and Nick was a wonderful host always ready to help us out .we moved into the Colorado Springs area and Nick ‘ s place was a great home away from home while we’re actually looking for our new home.. it was wonderful for our pets also, that is one reason we picked his place was he was very accommodating for our pets, the home has a nice size backyard ,good for cats or dogs.. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. The view is beautiful of the surrounding mountains..I would definitely rent from Nick again..Thank you Nick, for the use of your wonderful home and all your help and kindness during our stay and moving transition.
Wonderful, cute and clean, pet friendly home with small yard and garage. Minutes from PSFB and Powers corridor, as well as downtown COS.
Our stay at 974 Cana Grove was great. Nick was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. The house had everything we needed (except a potato masher : ), plus plenty of basic expendables (coffee, oil and vinegar, dishwashing pods, etc.) to get us started. Truly, it was a great way to land in Colorado Springs.

The host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. It’s a clean house with game room and a putting green. The furniture is nice and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.
I loved this place; it was a peaceful respite while I waited to move into a home I had bought in the villages. Nick was such a gracious host, always helpful, went above and beyond in accommodating me. There is so much to do in the area and Nick made sure that my questions were answered quickly. The home is very well supplied—when my niece and nephews came to visit, they had a lot of fun in the game room. We had everything we needed. I am so glad I had a chance to enjoy this beautiful home. I could not have asked for a better experience.
